GETTING TO COSTA RICA

There are a number of International Flights daily into the Daniel Oduber International Airport , located in Liberia , Costa Rica . Many air services are now offering direct flights from various cities in the U.S., including: Atlanta, Houston, Newark, Chicago, Miami and Charlotte. We suggest that you fly directly into Liberia and avoid the drive from San José. Liberia International Airport is only a short distance from Rincón Largo and the surrounding beach towns of Flamingo, Coco, and Tamarindo.

FINDING RINCÓN LARGO/POTRERO

Traveling from the airport to Rincón Largo is very convenient . There are now a number of options available for transportation. There are rental cars available at the airport, private "turismo" buses that travel to all the beach towns, taxis, and local bus services. All are reasonably priced and depending on your required level of ease and comfort, they will all get you here directly and quickly. When heading toward Playa Flamingo, you will see our new three-story office building. The Rincón Largo Sales Center is located at the crossroads to Flamingo and Playa Potrero. Please feel free to stop in and talk with us, gather your information, and set up your appointment for a private tour of the property. The way to our development is marked with our Rincón Largo signs which will direct you to our private, 1.5 kilometer entrance road.

ATTORNEYS/LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

At Rincón Largo, we have an attoney who administrates all of our purchasing documents: i.e., deeds, property catastrados, corporation information, permits , and closings. We require that all of the information be correct and understood by all parties, before final closings on the properties. In the best interests of our clients, we are also able to coordinate the closing of your property with an attorney or legal representative of your choice. For our clients planning to construct their dream homes in Rincón Largo, we have a construction committee who regulates and monitors ensuring protection of all aspects of Rincón Largo and our clients.
