Entrance Way
Entrance way over (1km) of natural beauty, covered with shade trees (some trees are over 200 years old). We have planned a custom gated entryway, with 3 fountains, tropical flower planters and foliage as well as a guardhouse for our 24-hour, 7-day security. The beauty of the entrance gives you a true feel of Costa Rica!

Beach Club Community
A beach community site located less than 4 km from the entrance of the property exclusively for Rincon Largo clientele.

Organic Garden

Rincon Largo is proud to be the new home of the “The Garden of Eden Organic Foods and Flowers, which is a commercial, professional 10-acre garden featuring a cutting flower garden, vegetable and herb beds as well as a full-scale nursery/vivero for landscaping.

There are future plans for a unique butterfly farm, walking/biking and hiking paths, children’s park, exercise trails, as well as barbecue and picnic areas. The Garden of Eden Organic Foods and Flowers is the first commercial-scale garden in the Flamingo area, and we are thrilled to be offering this amazing and very special feature to our residents and clients here at Rincon Largo.

We are featuring many different kinds of tropical flowers, organic vegetables and herbs, and specialty gardens, as we have custom beds designed. For example, our “Jardin De Rosas De La Cruz,” is a 12-meter by 9-ed, representing a rose garden in the form of a cross. The Garden of Eden Organic Foods and Flowers is also planning for coordination of a large fountain/bonfire area, in the main flower gardens. Additionally, there are plans for a “Lazy Days Corner”, filled with hammocks, swinging chairs and tranquil, relaxing shade trees…featuring a beautiful vista of our gardens and bridges, walkway areas and fountain circle. IN the future, our full-service vivero/nursery will be able to meet all the custom landscaping needs of our clients and residents.

Recently here in Guanacaste, we have experienced wonderful growth with a variety of new gourmet restaurants and hotels. The Garden of Eden Organic Foods and Flowers will be working with all these new businesses to provide fresh, organic herbs and vegetables to our local markets and commercial businesses.

Future plans

Future plans at Rincón Largo include concrete road infrastructure, private parks, organic gardens, exercise/biking/walking trails, medical center, church, horseback riding center, and butterfly farm. Commercial Center

At our main entrance we have plans for a full service commercial center. The center will provide Rincón Largo residents with convenient access for their general needs.

Vision: Drive down the entrance to the opening of the project, where you will find a HUGE water fountain that centers the commercial center. A mini grocery store, restaurants, and retail stores. The atmosphere filled with bistro tables, running fountains, and tranquility.

Hotel

The area for the hotel project will cover between 30-40 acres of land. The vistas stretch from Tamarindo and Playa Grande beach all the way down to Playa Azucar and beyond. This exclusive, luxury hotel will provide an unforgettable experience of Costa Rica.

Condominiums

The land was naturally terraced to provide a future project of over 100 condominiums, with breathtaking views of the coastline.

Children's Church

The first Sunday of every month Rincón Largo will provide transportation for the local children of the near communities for a special "kids" church. The children will learn about the Bible, themselves, and how to deal with the world around them. The kid's church will provide each child the experience of hand craft activities, games, singing, and opportunities to learn about gardening/science.

Horseback Riding Center

Rincón Largo will provide a 5 star horse riding center for the community. Clientele will be able to board their horses at the center. We plan on constructing and grooming riding trails throughout the entire property.
